目的：建立ＳＯＤ定量测定方法。方法：从牛血中提取纯化ＳＯＤ，用纯化ＳＯＤ免疫家兔制备高效价的抗体。用１２５Ⅰ标记ＳＯＤ，建立测定ＳＯＤ的放射免疫分析法。结果：纯化得到电泳纯的ＳＯＤ，免疫后抗血清效价为１∶３２。结论：建立了可直接测定ＳＯＤ含量的ＲＩＡ法，为ＳＯＤ的测定及深入研究提供了新方法
Objective: To establish a method for the quantitative determination of SOD. Methods: Purified SOD was extracted from bovine blood and immunized rabbits with purified SOD to prepare high titer antibody. Labeling SOD with 125 I, a radioimmunoassay was established to determine SOD. Results: Purified electrophoresis pure SOD, antiserum titer 1:32. Conclusion: The RIA method that can directly determine the content of SOD was established, which provided a new method for the determination and further study of SOD
