为了满足巷旁充填材料及时性、高强性以及密封性的要求,文章提出一种双组份巷旁充填材料,其由甲、乙2种干料加水搅拌后等量混合而成,甲料以硅酸盐水泥为基材,乙料以硫铝酸盐水泥为基材。利用正交试验分析了不同配比下材料的物理力学性能,试验结果表明最优水固比为0.8∶1,水泥∶粉煤灰∶膨润土∶河砂的质量比为1∶0.35∶0.20∶0.35时为优化配比。制备出的双组份充填材料凝固速度快,早期强度高,表现出比高水材料更好的力学性能,适合作为沿空留巷巷旁充填材料。
In order to meet the timeliness, high strength and tightness requirements of roadside filling materials, a two-component roadside filling material is proposed, which is composed of two kinds of dry materials of A and B mixed with the same amount of water, Portland cement as base material, and sulphoaluminate cement as base material. The orthogonal experiment was used to analyze the physical and mechanical properties of the materials at different mixing ratios. The results showed that the optimum ratio of water to solid was 0.8:1, the mass ratio of cement to fly ash to bentonite to river sand was 1:0.35:0.20:0.35 When optimizing for the ratio. The prepared two-component filling material has the advantages of fast solidification, high early strength and better mechanical properties than high-water materials, and is suitable as a fill material for roadway beside gob-side entry retaining.
