目的了解西部维族、汉族初中生心理健康状况,为开展少数民族中学生的心理健康教育提供依据。方法以症状自评量表(SCL-90)为测试工具,对625名维、汉初中生进行测查。结果维汉初中生在躯体化、强迫性、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性6因子上差异显著,维族3个年级初中生在躯体化、强迫性、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执7个因子及总均分上差异显著,而汉族3个年级在强迫性、精神病性两因子上差异显著。结论维族初中生总体心理健康水平低于汉族学生,应针对维族初中学生的心理特点进行心理健康的指导和干预工作。
Objective To understand the mental health status of Uygur and Han junior middle school students in western China and to provide basis for carrying out mental health education among ethnic minority middle school students. Methods A total of 625 Victoria and Han junior high school students were tested with SCL-90 as a testing tool. Results There were significant differences in the factors of somatization, obsessive compulsiveness, anxiety, horror, paranoid and psychotic in Uygur and Han junior high school students. There were significant differences among the Uygur junior middle school students in somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, horror, There were significant differences among the three factors in the three grades of Han and the two factors of obsessive-compulsive disorder and psychosis. Conclusion The Uygur junior middle school students’ overall mental health is lower than that of Han students. Mental health guidance and intervention should be based on the psychological characteristics of Uygur junior high school students.
