X射线小角散射法是测定超细粉末粒度分布的一种有效方法。粉末粒度分布与小角散射强度分布之间的关系比较复杂。继62年我们提出了求解粒度分布的“逐级对数图解法后”,近年来又提出了“分割分布函数法”。通过仿真检验验证了方法的可靠性。散射系为疏松的球形颗粒系,在空间呈任意分布,且测试条件为理想准直时,样品的散射强度为:
Small-angle X-ray scattering is an effective method to determine the particle size distribution of ultrafine powders. The relationship between powder particle size distribution and small-angle scattering intensity distribution is rather complicated. Following 62 years we have proposed a “logarithm-logarithm method” for solving the particle size distribution. In recent years, we have also proposed a “split distribution function method.” The simulation test verifies the reliability of the method.
