一、使用情况首都机场使用5架波音737—200/300型飞机已近10年,这几年又不断购进新飞机,现在共有波音737—200/300型飞机10架。座舱增压系统故障每年都出现多起,也曾经造成过飞机延误、返航。若故障发生在外站,严重时还需派人去外站排除故障,笔者多年来在排除座舱增压系统故障过程中,积累了一些经验。从座舱增压系统几个主要部件的故障率看,增压控制器占第一位,其次是增压控制板,再次是后排气活门,当然多年来座舱增压系统中其他部件的故障,也时有发生,但相对较少。
