中国东部重力梯级带上的强震震中分布有着明显的分段性。区域重力场及其地震地质分析表明,沿带现代地震活动的不均一性是与其深部构造环境的差异相联系的。因此重力场与地震关系实质上是一个地震与构造的关系问题。区域重力场只有当其综合反映了所在地区(带)存在强震孕育的构造条件方可作为强震发生的一种判别标志。
The epicenter distribution of the strong earthquakes on the gravimetric gradient belt in the east of China shows obvious segmentality. The regional gravity field and its seismic geological analysis show that the heterogeneity of modern seismic activity along the belt is related to the difference of its deep tectonic environment. Therefore, the relationship between gravity field and earthquakes is essentially a matter of the relationship between earthquakes and tectonics. The regional gravity field can be used as a discriminant mark of strong earthquakes only when it synthetically reflects the tectonic conditions of strong earthquakes in the region (zone).
