This paper analyzes and observes the observed data of horizontal component (H), vertical component (Z) and total intensity (F) of three geomagnetic stations in North China and its adjacent areas and Japan from 1960 to 1977. The results show that the annual change of Z in North China shows a transition from decline to rise in 1974-1976, but there is a local difference in turning time and rate in southern and northern parts of North China. Meanwhile, From south to north of the phenomenon of movement. H and F also have similar regional characteristics. These differences in North China have been considered by some authors as the magnetic effects of the Tangshan earthquake. They proposed that there should be some negative anomalies ranging from about Gamma to a dozen gamma before the earthquake in Beijing and Changli. From the analysis of this paper, we can see that this “negative anomaly” is not local, it is only a long-term large-scale regional changes in the performance of a performance only.
