GWGP80型~(60)Co远距离治疗机(简称GWGP80型治疗机)是由中国核动力研究设计院和四川省肿瘤医院联合研制的一种对肿瘤患者进行放射治疗的等中心型γ射线治疗设备。在GWGP80型治疗机临床使用中,该机暴露出了一些不足之处,如:准直器照射野的控制为手动控制、手动锁紧,操作不便,锁紧不可靠;治疗床笨重,操作欠灵活,床板刚性差,外形欠美观等问题。另外,由于肿瘤放疗技术的发展,在国内,大面积治疗,特殊治疗等新的治疗方法也在逐渐引进、推广,这就要求准直器具有较大照射野,相应治疗床具有较大的升降行程,而改进前的治疗机不具备这些条件,鉴于这种情况,中国核动力研究设计院对GWGP80型治疗机准直器和治疗床进行了改进。文内着重论述准直器和治疗床改进设计的关键技术。

The article focuses on collimator and treatment bed to improve the design of key technologies.
