隐球菌脑膜炎(隐脑)多见于我国南方和沿海地区,近年来病例逐渐增多,我院梁氏曾报道1963～1979年住院病人34例,1980～1987年5月又收治38例,现报告如下: 临床资料 38例中,男性29例,女性9例。年龄7～60岁,其中21～40岁17例,<10岁及>50岁分别为1和9例。农民23例,工人5例,学生和干部各3例,教师和家属各2例。入院前病程7天～4个月,24例(63.16％)在三个月之内。入院时确诊隐脑者23例,误诊15例,误诊率为39.5％;其中误诊为结核性脑膜炎11例,颅内肿瘤3例,病毒性脑炎1例。发病前患结核病4例,乙型肝炎2例,肝硬化、类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮各1例,曾用肾上腺皮质激素长期治疗2例。临床表现:全部患者均有头痛,发热者36例,其中37.1～39℃29例,>

There were 11 cases of tuberculous meningitis misdiagnosed, 3 cases of intracranial tumors and 1 case of viral encephalitis. 4 cases of tuberculosis before onset, 2 cases of hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus in each case 1, had long-term treatment of adrenal cortex hormones in 2 cases. Clinical manifestations: All patients had headache, fever in 36 cases, of which 37.1 ~ 39 ℃ in 29 cases,
