目前《餐饮服务与管理》课程教学中存在课程设计安排不合理、教学方式传统单一、实际操作应用滞后于酒店真实工作环境,学生学习气氛沉闷等问题。为突出学生的技术应用能力与职业素质的培养相结合,使我们的专业教育真正做到与职业岗位实现“零距离”对接,提高学生学习兴趣,增强教学互动性、趣味性、真实性,将云班课移动平台引入教学改革。通过推送教学资源;创建讨论组;云端互动;计时测试等平台教学手段创新课程教学手段,开拓新的教学模式,从而使学生感受轻松、有趣、高效的互动课堂,大大提高学生的学习情趣,盘活碎片化教学资源,推动学生个性化学习
