本文研究了中上肥力水平水稻土不同肥料结构对土壤酶活性的影响.结果表明:与单施化肥和无肥处理比较,有机-无机肥料配合施用提高了土壤过氧化氢酶、转化酶、脲酶、酸性磷酸酶和多酚氧化酶的活性;前三种酶活性随水稻生长量大小而有规律地变化,酸性磷酸酶活性除受水稻生长影响外,还受土壤有效磷含量的制约,而多酚氧化酶活性则与土壤有机质分解与合成相对强度密切相关.相关分析表明:过氧化氢酶、转化酶及脲酶活性与土壤有机质、全氮、水解氮含量和水稻产量呈显著正相关.初步认为,耕翻前土壤的过氧化氢酶等的活性可以作为评价红壤性水稀土肥力的一项重要指标.
In this paper, the effects of different fertilizers on soil enzyme activities were studied in paddy soils with middle and upper fertility levels.The results showed that the organic-inorganic fertilizers increased the activities of soil catalase, invertase, urease , Acid phosphatase and polyphenol oxidase.
