The average life span of these businesses is 24 years, coinciding with the time when the entrepreneur and the business maintain their relationship. However, the situation in China is even more severe. With the expansion of the scale of the business, some well-known family-owned enterprises have suffered different degrees of failure: The giant building collapsed and the huge marketing network of “three” In the face of the current status quo of family-owned businesses, one can not help but reflect on why Chinese family-owned enterprises are so commonly infected with dwarfism What led to the growth of the Chinese family business? Only from the economic analysis of the reasons, it seems that this phenomenon can not be fully explained. This paper tries to explore the reasons for the “dwarfism” in Chinese family-owned enterprises from the perspective of family culture and put forward the strategies to solve them.
