以聚丙烯酸树脂为包衣材料,按正交法筛选红霉素颗粒包复肠溶衣工艺,并以制得的红霉素肠溶颗粒进行释放度试验。结果表明红霉素颗粒在5%聚丙烯酸树脂Ⅱ乙醇溶液中蘸湿、60℃烘干,反复操作8次制得红霉素肠溶颗粒──能耐胃酸2h溶蚀,在pH6.8缓冲液中1h释出65.59%±6.14%。
Taking polyacrylic acid resin as coating material, the erythromycin granules enteric coating process was screened by orthogonal method, and the release test of erythromycin enteric granules was carried out. The results showed that erythromycin granules moistened in 5% polyacrylic acid resin Ⅱ ethanol solution, dried at 60 ℃, repeated operation 8 times to obtain erythromycin enteric-coated granules ─ ─ acid gastric acid 2h dissolution in pH6.8 buffer 1h released 65.59% ± 6.14%.
