目的 研究声带外展肌 -环杓后肌在喉返神经 -膈神经吻合术前、后的神经肌电图表现。方法 造成犬单侧喉返神经完全性损伤 ,即行单侧犬喉返神经 -膈神经吻合术 ,对吻合术前、后同侧环杓后肌神经电图各项参数进行对比分析。结果 吻合术前环杓后肌的神经电图表现为 :潜伏期 1 2 6± 0 86ms,神经传导速度 15 0 8±0 47ms s ,幅值 5 0 49± 4.75mV。神经吻合术后 4个月 ,环杓后肌神经电图出现清晰动作电波形 ,表现为潜伏期延长 ,传导速度减慢 ,动作电位峰 -峰值明显减小。结论 神经吻合术后 4个月 ,出现环杓后肌肌纤维不同程度的神经再支配 ,但新生神经末稍终板数量及神经鞘膜之再生还未完全达到正常水平
Objective To study the neuroelectrogram of the vocal cord extensor crenulosus before and after recurrent laryngeal nerve-phrenic nerve anastomosis. Methods One-sided canine recurrent laryngeal nerve-phrenic nerve anastomosis was performed in dogs. The parameters of neuromuscular neuralgia after ipsilateral cycloplegic were compared before and after anastomosis. Results The ankle electromyography showed that the latency of anterior cresceler muscle was 126 ± 0 86 ms, the nerve conduction velocity was 15 0 8 ± 0 47ms s and the amplitude was 509 ± 4.75mV. Four months after the anastomosis of the nerve, the clear electrophorogram of the posterior ciclofemoid muscle appeared in a clear action waveform, showing an extension of latency, a slowing of conduction velocity, and a decrease of the peak-to-peak action potential. Conclusions Four months after anastomosis, varying degrees of neurocarrowing of the posterior lobe of the CPE occur, but the number of end-platelets and the regeneration of the nerve sheath have not yet reached the normal level
