目的:用反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱法测定玄麦甘桔胶囊中哈巴俄苷与肉桂酸的含量。方法:Grac-eSmart-RP18柱,乙腈-2%醋酸溶液二元梯度洗脱,0~20 min(28→39∶72→61);流速为1.0 ml.min-1,检测波长278nm,柱温为室温。结果:哈巴俄苷的平均回收率为100.5%,方法精密度RSD为0.11%(n=5);肉桂酸的平均回收率为101.3%,方法精密度RSD为0.21%(n=5)。结论:本法可用于玄麦甘桔胶囊中哈巴俄苷与肉桂酸的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the content of harpagoside and cinnamic acid in Xuanmaiganju capsules by gradient elution with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Method: Grac-eSmart-RP18 column, acetonitrile-2% acetic acid solution binary gradient elution, 0 ~ 20 min (28 → 39: 72 → 61); flow rate 1.0 ml.min-1, detection wavelength of 278nm, column temperature For room temperature. Results: The average recovery of harpagoside was 100.5%, the method precision RSD was 0.11% (n=5), the average recovery of cinnamic acid was 101.3%, and the method precision RSD was 0.21% (n=5). Conclusion: This method can be used for the determination of harpagoside and cinnamic acid in Xuan Mai Gan Tang capsules.
