前些时拜访一位老年心理资深医师,他说,目前老年人记忆减退,大脑老化现象较普遍,而防止和延缓的根本途径就是常动脑——如学习、写作、书法、绘画等。由此我就联想到咱们的“我的大学”专栏,不正是老年朋友“用脑、健脑、圆梦”的长寿芳草地吗! 本期“我的大学”在老年朋友的热情支持下,更上一层楼。为使有限的版面更多地反映老年朋友的追求与精神面貌,我们又开辟了“晶莹浪花”专栏,希望您将晚年的体会和人生精华,用一句话写出来寄给我们,让大家共同分享。 此外,“保健一得”与“众口点金”也是我们的特色专栏,期待更多的老年朋友参与。 最后,请您来稿时一定注明所在的老年大学名称、地址等(见本刊第五期的要求),以便备档和发表作品时用。
