目的:建立维吾尔族药材硬尖神香草中槲皮素、咖啡酸、木犀草素、金合欢素4种成分的含量测定方法。方法:使用Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-0.2%乙酸水溶液(30∶70),检测波长340 nm,流速1.0 m L·min~(-1),柱温30℃,进样量10μL。结果:槲皮素、咖啡酸、木犀草素、金合欢素分别在0.120 2~1.081 8 mg(r=0.998 6),0.031~0.279 mg(r=0.999 9),0.052~0.468 mg(r=0.998 9),0.098 1~0.882 9 mg(r=0.998 8)呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为98.62%(RSD 1.4%),97.38%(RSD 1.7%),99.41%(RSD 1.5%),99.81%(RSD 1.0%),结论:采用RP-HPLC同时测定硬尖神香草中4种成分含量方法,该方法可行且简单有效,可作为硬尖神香草含量测定的理论指标。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of quercetin, caffeic acid, luteolin and acacsin in Uygur medicine. Methods: Agilent C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2% acetic acid (30:70). The detection wavelength was 340 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 m L · min -1. 30 ℃, injection volume 10μL. Results: The contents of quercetin, caffeic acid, luteolin and acacetin in the range of 0.120 2 ~ 1.081 8 mg (r = 0.998 6), 0.031 ~ 0.279 mg (r = 0.999 9), 0.052-0.468 mg (RSD 1.4%), 97.38% (RSD 1.7%), 99.41% (RSD 1.5%), 99.81% (RSD 1.5%), and the recoveries were 98.62% % (RSD 1.0%). Conclusion: The method for the simultaneous determination of four components in the hardy spike herb by RP-HPLC is feasible and simple and effective, and can be used as a theoretical index for the determination of the content of vannamei.
