为了开发低温核供热堆新的应用领域 ,采用国际通用的经济评价方法 ,对 2 0 0 MW低温核供热堆用于工业开发区集中供应压力为 1.5 MPa左右的饱和蒸汽并提供部分厂用电方案的经济性进行了较全面的分析和比较。结果表明 :2 0 0 MW低温核供热堆汽电联供的各项经济评价指标都很好 ,内部收益率为 19.61% ,净现值 (贴现率 10 % )为7.65亿元 ;投资回收期和贷款偿还期均在项目建成后 5年左右。与低温核供热堆用于冬季供暖相比 ,其经济效益有非常明显的改善。同时 ,在经济发达地区的工业开发区 ,利用核能进行工业供汽和发电 ,对城市环境污染的改善将起到非常积极的作用 ,并能缓解我国北煤南运的运输紧张局面
In order to develop new application fields of low-temperature nuclear heating reactors, a 200 MW low-temperature nuclear heating reactor is used for centralized supply of saturated steam with a pressure of about 1.5 MPa in an industrial development zone and to provide partial plant The economics of the electricity program have been more comprehensively analyzed and compared. The results show that the economic evaluation indexes of the 200MW low temperature nuclear reactor are very good, the internal rate of return is 19.61%, and the net present value (discount rate 10%) is 765 million yuan. Compared with the low-temperature nuclear heating reactor for heating in winter, its economic benefits have been significantly improved. Meanwhile, in industrial development zones in economically developed areas, the use of nuclear energy for industrial steam supply and power generation will play a very positive role in improving the urban environmental pollution and will ease the transportation tension of the northern coal in southern China
