Scholars have quite different opinions on whether or not Yan Shigu, a Confucian scholar in the Tang Dynasty, participated in the compilation of the “Five Classics, Justice and Justice”. By examining the historical data, we can see that in the 12th year of the Zhenguan period, Yan Shigu started participating in the compilation work of the “Five Classics of Justice,” but quit in the 15th year of Zhenguan. The reasons for their withdrawal were as follows: In the compilation period of the Five Classics of Justice, Tang Taizong planned the matter of closing a seal, and used many of the etiquette used by Yan Shigu in ancient times. However, Thus falling out of politics politically; Yan Guguo’s character was simple and arrogant, his relationship with the compiling group was tense, and the compilation team took the opportunity to expel Yan Shigu. On the other hand, Yan Shigu and Kong Yingda, “Five by the Justice,” the ease made by cutting to do, and therefore later “Five Classics,” the author did not mention the name of Yan Shigu.
