依常法建立以黄曲霉素B1(AFB1)诱发SD和Wistar大鼠肝癌癌前病变实验动物模型,实验组分别给予0.5%、1%、2%的绞股蓝总皂甙(第2程序,即第1法),2%,4%,8%的绞股蓝总皂甙(第2程序,即第2法)药化性饲料,空白对照组及阳性对照组饲标准基础饲料。通过肝组织γ-GT阳性灶定量计数。结果表明,绞股蓝总皂甙(按上述6种浓度给药),对AFB1的致肝癌作用无抑制作用,高浓度(4%、8%)似乎提示有轻度促进作用。
The animal model of precancerous lesions of SD and Wistar rats induced by AFB1 was established according to the common method. The experimental group was given 0.5%, 1%, and 2% total saponins of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Step 2). That is, the first method), 2%, 4%, 8% of the total saponins of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (the second procedure, ie, the second method) of medicinal feed, blank control group and positive control group feeding standard basal feed.
