水泥混凝土路面施工具有以下特点:施工时妨碍正常交通,要求施工速度快、早期强度高、保养期短,以便尽快交付使用;施工为露天作业,自然养护,要求尽量避免气候变化的影响;操作条件差,要求提高机械化施工水平;路面混凝土除需保证设计要求的抗折、抗压强度外,还要求具有较高的耐磨、抗渗、抗冻等耐久性能;混凝土用量大,耗用水泥多,要求在保证质量的前提下节约水泥等原材料,降低工程成本。针对上述特点,道路路面采用气垫薄膜真空脱水工艺,更具有特殊意义。
