作者使用先进的实验仪器和技术,对常用实验动物的生化成份含量进行了测定。血液采集的方法是:小鼠、鼠、豚鼠在乙醚麻醉下采血;猴子在苯环乙哌啶麻醉下采血;家兔、猫、狗在神志清醒下采血。采血部位和动物年龄见表1。血液采集后,啮齿类动物血样置室温放置45～60分钟,其它动物血样放置60～90分钟,离心分离血清。实验前血清置2～8℃冰箱中存放。实验结果的平均值见表2。
