26例骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)外周血淋巴、单核细胞在不同状态时生成白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平用生物法检测,发现:患者淋巴细胞在无丝裂原刺激时生成IL-6与正常人无差异(P>0.05),刺激后RAEB及RAEB-t者低于正常(P<0.05,P<0.01);患者单核细胞在无刺激状态下生成水平高于正常人(P<0.05或P<0.01),刺激后RAEB及RAEB-t者则低于正常人(P<0.01)。认为:患者单核细胞自产生IL-6增高;RAEB及RAEB-t的淋巴、单核细胞对丝裂原反应性降低。
