205名育龄妇女免前血清破伤风抗毒素达到自然保护水平者占37.56%,抗毒素GMT(滴度倒数,下同)为3.88±5.12HAu/ml。经破类一针免疫的163人,达保护水平者占93.25%,GMT为385.06±12.95HAu/ml;经2针免疫的113人,达保护水平者占100%,GMT为1452.6±4.8HAu/ml;经3针免疫的59人,达保护水平者占100%,GMT为2621.06±2.57HAu/ml。随着免疫针次的增加,GMT逐渐升高且上升幅度非常显著。
Totally 37.56% of the 205 women of child-bearing age who did not reach the level of natural protection before antitumour anti-toxin were antitoxin GMT (reciprocal titer, the same below) was 3.88 ± 5.12HAu / ml.
