为了提高高氯酸铵(AP)热分解的催化效率,在0℃下采用液相化学沉积法合成了AP/Co-MOF纳米复合材料;通过SEM、EDX、FTIR及XRD对该材料的形貌和结构进行了表征,并研究了其对AP热分解的自催化性能。结果表明,Co-MOF纳米粒子在AP颗粒表面均匀成核且长大形成核壳结构的AP/Co-MOF纳米复合材料;不同比例的AP/Co-MOF纳米复合材料对AP热分解均展现了很好的催化效果,其中,AP与Co-MOF质量比为100∶4的AP/CoMOF纳米复合材料表现出最佳的自催化性能。
In order to improve the catalytic efficiency of thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate (AP), AP / Co-MOF nanocomposites were synthesized by liquid phase chemical deposition at 0 ℃. The morphology of the material was characterized by SEM, EDX, FTIR and XRD. And their structures were characterized and their autocatalytic properties for thermal decomposition of AP were studied. The results show that Co-MOF nanoparticles uniformly nucleate and grow on the surface of AP particles to form AP / Co-MOF nanocomposites with core-shell structure. Different proportions of AP / Co-MOF nanocomposites exhibit thermal decomposition of AP Good catalytic effect. AP / CoMOF nanocomposites with AP and Co-MOF mass ratio of 100: 4 showed the best autocatalytic performance.
