根据纵轴式巷道掘进机截割头空间位置参数与巷道断面自动成形控制参数之间数学模型的空间运动分析,开发仿真系统进行仿真。获得纵轴式掘进机截割头轨迹与油缸伸缩量之间的对应关系,得到纵轴式巷道掘进机截割机构仿真结果的空间运动轨迹图和轨迹数据,对解决掘进机截割机构自动截割成形控制的关键问题具有很好的辅助作用。
According to the spatial motion analysis of the mathematical model between the spatial position parameters of longitudinal headway boring machine cutting head and the automatic forming control parameters of roadway section, the simulation system is developed to simulate. The corresponding relationship between cutting head trajectory and cylinder expansion and contraction of longitudinal boring machine is obtained and the spatial movement trajectory and trajectory data of the longitudinal boring machine boring machine simulation result are obtained.
