鱼类的耗氧率是反映鱼体代谢活动的主要标志之一。耗氧率的测定,不仅对研究鱼类生理和阶段发育有重要意义,而且还可以为鱼类运输、饲养作业确定合理的密度提供依据。文献已分别对我国几种主要养殖鱼类苗种阶段的耗氧率进行了研究。但花(鱼骨)Hemibar-bus maculatus Bleeker耗氧率的研究尚少有报道。本文将花(鱼骨)鱼苗的耗氧率窒息点的测定结果报道如下:
The oxygen consumption rate of fish is one of the main indicators reflecting the metabolic activity of fish. Oxygen consumption rate determination, not only for the study of fish physiological and stage development of great significance, but also for fish transport, breeding operations to provide a reasonable basis for density. The literature has been on several major aquaculture species in China oxygen consumption rate was studied. However, the research on the rate of oxygen consumption of flower (fish bone) Hemibar-bus maculatus Bleeker is seldom reported.
