目的研究铜绿假单胞菌生物膜对大蓟乙醇提取物的抵抗力。方法采用Brown平板改良法和载体定量杀菌试验法,进行了实验室抗菌效果和杀菌效果检测。结果培养3d形成的铜绿假单胞菌生物膜对含大蓟生药200g/L的乙醇提取物耐受时间为20min,含大蓟生药100g/L的乙醇提取物耐受时间为60min。用含大蓟生药200g/L的乙醇提取物对培养3d的铜绿假单胞菌生物膜作用30min,可达到完全杀灭。培养7d形成的铜绿假单胞菌生物膜对含大蓟生药200g/L的乙醇提取物的耐受时间为60min,作用90min对其可达到完全杀灭。结论经过培养可形成铜绿假单胞菌生物膜,其对大蓟乙醇提取物耐受时间和杀灭时间均随浓度降低而增加。
Objective To study the resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm to ethanol extract of Euphorbia pulcherrima. Methods The Brown plate reform method and carrier quantitative bactericidal test method were used to test the antibacterial effect and bactericidal effect of the laboratory. Results The resistance time of the biofilm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa cultured for 3 days was 20 minutes for 200 mg/L ethanol extract containing Euphorbia pulmonalis and 60 minutes for 100 g/L Ethanol crude drug. Ethanol extracts containing 200g/L of Eucalyptus grandiflora were used to treat Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms for 3 days for 30 minutes to achieve complete killing. The resistance time of the Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilm formed for 7 days was 60 minutes for the 200 g/L ethanol extract containing the macrolide drug, and it was completely killed by the action for 90 minutes. Conclusion Pseudomonas aeruginosa biofilms can be formed after culture, and the toleration time and killing time of E. grandis ethanol extracts increase with decreasing concentrations.
