目的观察桑牛强生胶囊对60Coγ射线4.0 Gy照射小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法小鼠离体抗体形成细胞(溶血分光光度法)和脾淋巴增殖细胞转化功能检测4.0 Gy照射小鼠和细胞免疫功能。结果桑牛强生胶囊1.6、0.4g/kg剂量组可明显提高4.0 Gy照射小鼠血清抗体水平(P<0.01、P<0.05),桑牛强生胶囊1.6、0.4 g/kg剂量组刺激指数均明显高于模型对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),提高对60Coγ射线所致免疫低下小鼠淋巴细胞产生抗体及促进细胞免疫功能,可不同程度的恢复受照射小鼠的细胞免疫、体液免疫及非特异性免疫功能。2个剂量治疗组与模型对照组比较差异有显著性(分别为P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论桑牛强生胶囊可以明显提高对60Coγ射线所致免疫低下小鼠淋巴细胞产生抗体及促进细胞免疫的功能。
Objective To observe the effects of Shengniu Johnson Capsule on the immune function of mice irradiated by 60Co γ-ray 4.0 Gy. METHODS Mouse murine antibody-producing cells (hemolytic spectrophotometry) and spleen lymphocyte proliferation were tested for the function of 4.0 Gy irradiated mice and cells. Results The serum concentration of 4.0 g/kg of Sangniu Johnsonbearing capsules at doses of 0.4 and 0.4 g/kg significantly increased the serum antibody level (P<0.01, P<0.05). The stimulation index of Sangniu Johnson Capsules at doses of 1.6 and 0.4 g/kg was significant. Higher than the model control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05), increased the production of antibodies to lymphocytes of immunocompromised mice induced by 60Co γ-rays and promoted cellular immune function, and can restore cellular immunity and humoral immunity in irradiated mice to varying degrees. And non-specific immune function. The difference between the two dose treatment groups and the model control group was significant (P<0.05, P<0.01, respectively). Conclusion Sangniu Johnson Capsule can significantly increase the production of antibodies to lymphocytes of immunocompromised mice induced by 60Co γ-rays and promote cellular immunity.
