针对西部弱胶结软岩巷道出现的喷层脱落、锚固力降低、严重底鼓等支护难题,通过在内蒙古鲁新煤矿主要运输大巷砂质泥岩地层现场取样,在实验室进行不同围压的三轴压缩试验,结果表明:泥岩的峰后应变行为具有明显软化特征,并存在残余变形阶段,更适合采用三折线型应变软化模型进行分析。通过对FLAC中的双线型应变软化模型进行fish修正实现该模型的数值应用,验证模型表明该三折线型应变软化模型更符合泥岩的变形特征,通过对泥岩巷道施工稳定性分析并借助软化度指标进行评价,表明泥岩巷道因最大软化度和软化深度不断增加,使得锚喷支护作用下围岩变形的控制效果并不明显,锚杆轴力先增加后降低失去支护作用。
Aiming at the problem of spray layer shedding, anchoring force reduction and serious kick drum in the soft roadway with weak cementing in the western part of China, through the sampling in the sandy mudstone formation in the main transport lane of Luxin Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia, The results of triaxial compression tests show that the post-peak strain behavior of mudstone has obvious softening characteristics and residual deformation stage, which is more suitable for the analysis of strain-softening model with three-fold line. By applying the fish correction to the bilinear strain softening model in FLAC to realize the numerical application of the model, the verification model shows that the three-fold linear strain softening model is more consistent with the deformation characteristics of mudstone. By analyzing the construction stability of mudstone rock roadway and using the softening degree The results show that the control effect of surrounding rock deformation is not obvious due to the increase of maximum softening degree and softening depth of mudstone rock roadway, and the axial force of rock bolt firstly increases and then decreases and then loses the support effect.
