教师专业成长和优秀教师的培养途径与方法始终是理论界和实践工作者不断探求的内容。职业院校名师培养模式是根据教师队伍的整体现状和特点进行有效的引导和培养,提升整体素质和能力,推动教育质量的提高的有效策略。一、当前职业院校教师教育的特点(一)忽视职后教育。长久以来,由于传统思想意识的影响,许多教师只重视职前教育,对于学历教育非常重视,努力在学历教育中提升自己,部分教师把学历教育作为寻找工作的敲门砖,一旦自己进入教师队伍,则有“大功告成,一劳永逸”的思想。不再追求自我能力的提升,主动放弃不断进修、培养、提升的机会。
