为了提高集装箱堆场场桥作业量分布的均衡性,进而提高作业人员任务分配的均衡性和作业资源的利用率,提出集装箱堆场箱区场桥均衡作业的调度问题。根据集装箱场桥作业特点及其关联性,以集装箱堆场箱区作业箱量均衡和作业时间均衡两个均衡调度为目标,建立了集装箱堆场箱区场桥均衡调度模型,并设计遗传算法求解。通过设计均衡度评价指标,对不同均衡目标与所得方案效果之间的关系进行分析,得到均衡度改善的比率。最后通过输入场桥数量参数的变化得出场桥数量与均衡性之间的关系,为场桥配置与调度工作提供理论依据。
In order to improve the balance of workload distribution of container yard yards and improve the balance of tasks assignment and the utilization of work resources, the scheduling problem of equilibrium operation of container yard yards and bridges is proposed. According to the operation characteristics of container yard bridge and its relation, aiming at the two equilibrium dispatching cases of container yard box area balance and work time balance, the equilibrium dispatch model of container yard bridge is established and the genetic algorithm is designed to solve . Through the design of evaluation index of equilibrium, the relationship between different equilibrium targets and the effect of the obtained scheme is analyzed, and the ratio of the improvement of equilibrium is obtained. Finally, the relationship between the number of field bridges and the balance is obtained by inputting the change of the number of field bridges, providing a theoretical basis for the field bridge configuration and scheduling.
