采用四氧嘧啶诱发的糖尿病大鼠模型,评价了胡芦巴(Fenugreek Seeds)对血脂过氧化及抗氧化剂的影响。将大鼠分为5组(每组6只),第1组为健康对照组,注射0.5ml生理盐水,饲喂普通饮食;第2组为糖尿病对照组,饲喂普通饮食;第3组为糖尿病治疗组,在对糖尿病大鼠给予普通饮食的同时给予2g/kg胡芦巴粉 Alloxan-induced diabetic rats were used to evaluate the effect of Fenugreek Seeds on lipid peroxidation and antioxidants. The rats were divided into 5 groups (6 in each group). The first group was a healthy control group and was injected with 0.5 ml normal saline and fed an ordinary diet.
