对首钢京唐1号高炉降低焦比冶炼实践进行了总结。面对严峻的市场形势,把降低入炉焦比作为降低生产成本、实现可持续发展的核心,1号高炉通过采取改善原燃料质量、降低入炉料有害元素、采用氧煤枪喷吹技术、改善煤气利用、降低A系统水温差、降低高炉压差水平等措施,入炉焦比降幅超过20kg/t,燃料比稳定在480~485kg/t,高炉冶炼水平得到极大提升,技术经济指标持续改善。
