“中国总机”虽然还面临诸多困难和挑战,但不可否认的是,它为用户提供了一种全新的搜索模式,打破了114查号“一统天下”的格局,给我们带来了更多期许。然而,这种商业模式却与生俱来两大软肋。首先,它几乎没有进入壁垒,可复制性很强。当市场嗅到它盈利的气息时,google等巨头势必加入战团,“第一个吃螃蟹”的中国总机能否笑到最后,还是未知数。其次,中国总机的查询号码属于电信运营商,待这种商业模式成熟后,“贪婪”的电信巨头会不会跑来“摘果子”,像当初清理SP一样,将诸如中国总机这样的企业“扫地出门”?
