目的 :对武汉市某酱品厂蜚蠊侵害情况进行调查和化学防制。方法 :密度调查采用粘捕法 ,化学防制采用滞留喷洒和热烟雾技术。结果 :密度指数为 4 .4 6只 /盒·夜 ,美洲大蠊为绝对优势种 ,占总捕获数的 98.97%。施药后 1周密度指数为 1.2 9只 /盒·夜 ,杀灭率为 71.0 8% ;施药后1个月密度指数为 0 .93只 /盒·夜 ,杀灭率为 79.14%。施药后成虫数显著下降 ,若虫比例却显著升高。结论 :酱品厂蜚蠊侵害严重 ,采用滞留喷洒和热烟雾技术能迅速有效降低其密度
Objective: To investigate the cockroach infringement in a sauce factory in Wuhan and its chemical control. Methods: Density survey using stick catching method, chemical control using retention spraying and thermal smoke technology. Results: The density index was 4.46 / box / night, American cockroach absolute dominant species, accounting for 98.97% of the total number of catches. The density index at 1 week after application was 1.2 9 / box · night and the killing rate was 71.0 8%. The density index at 1 month after application was 0.93 / box / night and the killing rate was 79.14%. After application, the number of adults decreased significantly, while the proportion of nymphs increased significantly. Conclusion: The cockroach product in the sauce factory is seriously damaged.
