由民航局下达我院承担的《民用飞机选型程序研究》课题于1991年8月16日至17日由局科教司组织在北京通过技术鉴定。针对我国民航引进和购置飞机机型多的特点,为使飞机选型决策具有全面系统的科学依据,民航局于1987年正式向我院下达了《民用飞机选型程序研究》课题。该课题是一项较复杂的多目标决策评估的软科学研究课题,其任务是:运用科学的评估方法在对飞机技术性能和经济性分别进行评估的基础上进行综合评估,并研制一整套软件系统,获得适合某一航线或航线网的机型排序,为飞机选型决策提供科学依据。
Civil Aviation Authority issued by our hospital to assume the “selection of civil aircraft program” in the subject August 16, 1991 to 17 by the Bureau of Science and Education Division in Beijing passed the technical appraisal. In response to the characteristics of the introduction and acquisition of many aircraft models by China’s civil aviation, in order to make the aircraft selection decision-making with comprehensive and systematic scientific basis, CAAC issued the topic of “Research on Selection Procedure of Civil Aircraft” to our court in 1987. The subject is a more complex multi-objective decision-making evaluation of soft science research task, the task is: the use of scientific assessment methods in the aircraft technology performance and economy were assessed on the basis of a comprehensive assessment and development of a set of software System, access to a route or route network for the sort of aircraft, aircraft selection decision-making to provide a scientific basis.
