以Sauer-Danfoss PVG32电压型比例阀为例,在简述其功能特点的基础上,分析此类阀的控制技术现状,提出基于模糊控制算法且使用HESMOR控制器的优化解决方案,进而具体阐述了HESMOR控制器对电压型比例阀进行精确控制的原理及实现方式,最后通过试验数据充分证明了HESMOR控制器能够在基准电压剧烈波动的情况下依旧保持较高的控制精度。
Taking Sauer-Danfoss PVG32 voltage proportional valve for example, based on the brief description of its function and characteristics, this paper analyzes the status quo of the control technology of such valves, puts forward the optimization solution based on fuzzy control algorithm and using HESMOR controller, HESMOR controller voltage proportional valve for precise control of the principle and implementation of the final test data shows that the HESMOR controller can be violent fluctuations in the reference voltage still maintain a high degree of control accuracy.
