采用M351测量系统测试了8090铝锂合金在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,并用SSRT测试技术研究了阴极极化下合金的氢脆敏感性,结果表明:充氮介质和时效制度对合金的氢脆敏感性影响较大,强烈渗氢条件下,氢可能成为腐蚀断裂的主要因素.
The corrosion behavior of 8090 Al-Li alloy in 3.5% NaCl solution was tested by M351 measurement system. The SSRT test was used to study the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of the alloy under cathodic polarization. The results show that the hydrogen embrittlement of alloy 8090, Brittle sensitivity of greater impact, a strong hydrogen infiltration conditions, hydrogen may become the main factor of corrosion cracking.
