目的:探究苦瓜素对限食后追赶生长大鼠QUICKI的影响。方法:20只WISTAR大鼠适应性喂养1周,给予限食半自由摄食量喂养4周,然后给予开放饮食自由摄食量喂养8周,建立追赶生长大鼠模型。将20只大鼠随机分为安慰剂组与苦瓜素组,每组10只。对这两组大鼠的空腹血糖以及血清胰岛素指标进行测试,并计算QUICIKI指标。结果:苦瓜素组大鼠体重基本上追赶上安慰剂组,但其内脏脂肪明显超过安慰剂组(P<0.05);且苦瓜素组大鼠出现明显的胰岛素抵抗,空腹血糖以及血清胰岛素水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:苦瓜素能够有效提升限食后追赶生产大鼠的胰岛素敏感性,应激与饮食状况的交互作用是造成追赶生长胰岛素抵抗形成的主要关键因素。
Objective: To investigate the effects of momordicin on QUICKI rats following catch-up growth restriction. Methods: Twenty Wistar rats were fed for one week, fed with semi-free diet for 4 weeks, and then fed with open diet for 8 weeks to establish a catch-up rat model. Twenty rats were randomly divided into placebo group and muprin group, with 10 rats in each group. Fasting blood glucose and serum insulin were tested in both groups, and QUICIKI was calculated. Results: The body weight of the mongguasu group basically catch up with the placebo group, but the visceral fat was significantly more than the placebo group (P <0.05); and the multivrinum group rats showed obvious insulin resistance, fasting blood glucose and serum insulin significantly Decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Momordicin can effectively improve the insulin sensitivity of catch-up rats after food restriction, and the interaction between stress and diet status is the key factor to catch up with the formation of insulin resistance.
