目的 观察X -刀立体定向放射治疗颅内转移瘤的近期疗效。方法 14例颅内转移瘤采用X -刀治疗系统进行立体定向、精确定位和分次高剂量照射 ,观察放疗后 15～ 30d内临床症状改善情况及放疗后 3～ 12个月复查头颅CT或MRI,观察病灶变化情况。结果 放疗后 15～ 30d内临床症状均改善或消失 ;放疗后 3～ 12个月头颅CT或MRI复查 ,总有效率 (完全缓解 +部分缓解 ) 85 .7% (12 / 14) ;生存期均大于 6个月。结论 颅内转移瘤可作为X -刀立体定向放射治疗的适应证。
Objective To observe the short-term curative effect of X-knife stereotactic radiotherapy on intracranial metastases. Methods Fourteen patients with intracranial metastases were treated with X - knife system for stereotactic targeting, precise positioning and high - dose irradiation in divided doses. The improvement of clinical symptoms within 15-30 days after radiotherapy and cranial CT or MRI were observed from 3 to 12 months after radiotherapy , Observe the changes in lesions. Results The clinical symptoms improved or disappeared within 15-30 days after radiotherapy. The cranial CT or MRI was performed 3 to 12 months after radiotherapy. The total effective rate (complete remission + partial remission) was 85.7% (12/14) More than 6 months. Conclusion Intracranial metastases can be used as indications of X - knife stereotactic radiotherapy.
