为了贯彻落实中油集团公司、吉林油田公司深化改革、创新创效及重塑中石油良好形象工作要求及精神实质,进一步打造采油基础管理标准化,提升基层岗位员工的自主管理意识,从而实现员工都能“上标准岗、干标准活”的管理目标,2016年吉林油田公司新木采油厂在全厂采油系统开展标准化管理。针对新木采油厂采油生产管理薄弱问题,通过制订管理标准、编制实施方案、开展人员培训、加强过程引导、月度检查考核、年度成果验收等措施,有效提高了基层的管理水平,标准化管理工作取得了明显的效果。
