本文介绍了用滚铣代替铲背的方法,这一方法在一定程度上可提高铲齿生产率。但这种方法只能铣削滚刀(工件)刀齿外圆的刀背部分,而不能铣削刀:齿的侧面。不能铣削刀齿的侧面就不能产生侧面的切削隙角,所以有它一定的局限性。其次,最理想的滚刀刀背曲线应当是对数螺旋线,但为了容易制造起见,一般采用阿基米德螺线。本文所介绍的滚铣刀的刀背曲线是直线,可见加工出来的滚刀(工件)刀背曲线应是渐开线;而且应用两种压力角,所以是两条渐开线的合成曲线。
This article describes the use of hobbing instead of shovel backs, this method to a certain extent, can improve the shovel tooth productivity.
