不可饥饿上飞机,因为飞行时,高空气温及气压的变化,人体需要消耗较多的热量,所以要吃含热量高易消化及营养丰富的食品。上飞机前不要进食含过多纤维素和容易发酵产气的食物,以免在飞机上腹胀及食欲不振。不要吃太饱,因进食大量油腻或高蛋白质食品,不容易消化,会导致腹胀、腹泻和容易晕机。在上飞机前一小时左右,可吃些面包、小点心、牛奶、瘦肉、水果等,只要八分饱即可。
