在制度变迁的过程当中,“断裂”是一个十分普遍的现象,本文以乡镇企业的改制为例,详细分析了乡镇企业制度变迁过程中“断裂”现象的表现及形成原因。其中,制度安排本身的不连续性、制度预期的改变与制度约束的软化、以及制度变迁过程中组织与人事的变动是三个主要的方面。本文从这三个方面对制度变迁中的这一过程特征进行了详细的描述和分析。
In the process of institutional change, “rupture ” is a very common phenomenon. In this paper, the reform of township enterprises as an example, a detailed analysis of the phenomenon of “rupture ” in the process of institutional changes of township enterprises and the reasons for the formation. Among them, the discontinuity of the institutional arrangement itself, the expected change of the system and the softening of the institutional restraint, and the change of the organization and personnel during the institutional change are the three main aspects. This article from these three aspects of the system changes in the characteristics of this process were described and analyzed in detail.
