学生的思想历来是班主任工作的重点和难点。后进生不但成绩较差,基础薄弱,而且都存在不同的心理障碍和心理负担,因此,转化后进生更需要心理上的关心和帮助。但有时班主任在转化工作中,不能认真分析学生存在的心理问题,当学生一旦出现反常现象时,都认为是学生的思想品德问题,从这一角度进行转化工作往往达不到转化的效果,甚至出现一些过激的行为,这正是班主任转差工作中的误区。
