针对在圆柱齿轮发生热变形时设计齿廓遭到破坏这一问题,首次基于传热学理论提出了各项齿廓偏差与温升之间关系的理论模型,并结合实际齿轮测量数据进行验证。指出在圆柱齿轮温升时,实际齿廓与理论齿廓之间出现偏差,具体表现为齿廓偏差中各项具体偏差的变化。详细讨论了各项偏差的变化规律,并通过这些偏差项目的具体变化特性来评价渐开线齿廓的变化规律,分析温升对齿廓带来的影响。实验结果表明提出的模型正确预测了渐开线齿廓的具体变形规律,对于齿轮的热变形研究有一定的价值。
Aiming at the problem that the designed tooth profile is destroyed when the cylindrical gear is deformed, the theoretical model of the relationship between tooth profile deviation and temperature rise is proposed for the first time based on the theory of heat transfer and verified with the actual gear measurement data. It is pointed out that there is a deviation between the actual tooth profile and the theoretical tooth profile during the temperature rise of the spur gear, which is manifested in the variation of each specific deviation in the tooth profile deviation. The variations of the deviations are discussed in detail. The changing regularities of the involute tooth profile are evaluated by the specific changes of these deviations, and the influence of temperature rise on the tooth profile is analyzed. The experimental results show that the proposed model correctly predicts the specific deformation law of involute tooth profile and has certain value for the study of gear thermal deformation.
