目的研究补充槲皮素对负重游泳小鼠血清代谢组的影响,探讨槲皮素抗疲劳作用机制方法昆明小鼠按体重随机分为3组:正常对照组、游泳对照组和槲皮素组2个对照组均给予AIN-93M合成饲料,槲皮素组在AIN-93M饲料基础上补充1g/kg的槲皮素,喂养14d,游泳对照组和槲皮素组动物负重游泳60min,游泳后立即摘眼球取血.分离血清,进行代谢组分析结果游泳后小鼠血清乳酸、丙氨酸、脂质等代谢产物升高,而糖类、胆碱和磷酸胆碱降低,补充槲皮素可以逆转游泳后乳酸升高和血糖降低等变化,胆碱对脂类代谢产物的变化可能具有显著调节作用。结论槲皮素对负重游泳小鼠能量代谢和抗氧化功能的具有调节作用,可能是其抗疲劳作用的主要途径之一

Conclusions Quercetin may play a regulatory role in energy metabolism and antioxidant function in mice with swimming load, which may be one of the main ways of anti-fatigue effect
