为了解新疆南疆地区鸡戊型肝炎病毒(HEV)的感染情况,采用酶联免疫吸附试验对采自新疆南疆家禽屠宰场、规模化养鸡场和散养农户的1 800份鸡血清进行了戊型肝炎病毒IgG和Ig M抗体的检测。结果表明:1 800份被检血清中抗HEV-Ig M的阳性血清共计18份,阳性率为1.00%;抗HEV-IgG的阳性血清共计28份,阳性率为1.56%;其中喀什地区、阿克苏地区、和田地区、库尔勒地区检出抗HEV-Ig M阳性血清数分别为5,7,6,0,阳性率依次为1.43%、1.17%、1.33%、0;抗HEVIgG阳性血清数分别为6,9,8,5,阳性率依次为1.71%、1.50%、1.78%、1.25%。说明新疆南疆地区鸡群存在戊型肝炎病毒的感染,人源HEV可能造成人禽共感染。
To understand the infection status of chicken hepatitis E virus (HEV) in southern Xinjiang, 1,800 chicken sera collected from poultry slaughterhouses, large-scale chicken farms and free-range farms in southern Xinjiang were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Detection of Hepatitis E virus IgG and Ig M antibodies. The results showed that there were 18 positive anti-HEV-Ig M sera in 1 800 sera and the positive rate was 1.00%. The positive sera of anti-HEV-IgG sera were 28 and the positive rate was 1.56%. Among them, Kashgar, Aksu The positive rates of anti-HEV-Ig M positive sera were 5,7,6,0 and 1.43%, 1.17% and 1.33%, respectively in 0, 0, 0, and anti-HEV IgM positive sera were 6 , 9,8,5, the positive rate was 1.71%, 1.50%, 1.78%, 1.25%. This indicates that there is hepatitis E virus infection in chickens in southern Xinjiang. Human HEV may cause co-infection in humans.
