本文应用国产香菇多糖粉针剂（天地欣）合并化疗治疗晚期癌症患者43例，总有效率为55．8l％，单用化疗组37例，有效率为35．14％，两者有显著性差异（P＜0．05），其中胃癌组差异具极显著性（P＜0．01）。对45例患者进行免疫功能测试，结果表明，天地欣具有提高患者淋巴细胞转化率以及增强NK细胞活性的作用。我们认为，对晚期癌症患者化疗合并应用天地欣有改善机体免疫状况的作用，并可能提高化疗的缓解率。
In this paper, 43 cases of advanced cancer patients were treated with domestic lentinan powder injection (Tiandixin) combined with chemotherapy. The total effective rate was 55.81%. There was only 37 cases in the chemotherapy group. The effective rate was 35.14%. There was a significant difference between the two groups. (P<0.05), among which the difference in gastric cancer group was extremely significant (P<0.01). Immune function tests were performed on 45 patients. The results showed that Tiandixin can increase the lymphocyte transformation rate and enhance the activity of NK cells. We believe that the use of chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced cancer patients has improved the immune status of the body and may increase the response rate of chemotherapy.
